How is this different from hiring a full-time CMO?
Full-time CMOs cost R2m–R5.5m / £180k–£300k all-in and take 3–9 months to ramp. I'm embedded within a week, work at senior-CMO level, and cost a fraction. When you need a permanent CMO, I'll help you hire one.
Do you replace my agency?
No. I often bring in better ones or improve briefs to the ones you already have. A good CMO makes agencies more valuable, not redundant.
How quickly will I see results?
You'll see a cleaner strategy and clearer operating cadence inside 30 days. Pipeline impact is 90–180 days — anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something.
What size businesses do you work with?
SMEs — typically R100m–R500m / £5m–£30m revenue, B2B, turnaround and growth opportunities. If you're pre-revenue or enterprise, I'll refer you on.
Are you based in Cape Town only?
I'm based in Cape Town and work globally. Most engagements run remote with a cadence of in-person offsites every quarter.
What does a 30-min consultation actually cover?
You tell me where you're stuck. I ask the questions a CMO would ask on day one. We figure out if I'm useful. No slides, no sales deck.
